Office Ukraine limited tote bag edition 2025

In order to collect urgently needed donations for Office Ukraine, which can be made available unbureaucratically to Ukrainian artists and cultural workers in emergencies, Office Ukraine produced a new limited edition of cotton bags at the end of 2025, following an initial edition in 2023. In collaboration with Ukrainian artists, bags with four different designs were created. The motifs were applied manually using a silkscreen printing technique – each bag is unique. As a thank you for every donation of 20 EUR or more, donors receive their favorite bag(s).

How do you get your favourite bag?

We ask for a donation of at least 20 EUR per bag, but of course it can be more. Three bags are available for donations of 50 EUR or more. 🙂

If you wish to collect your bag(s) yourself from Office Ukraine in Vienna or Graz:

Please write an email to Office Ukraine in your area and make an appointment for collection. Please bring the donation (minimum contribution 20 EUR per bag) in cash.

If you would like the bag(s) sent to you:

Please send an email to Office Ukraine with the desired number of bags (minimum donation of EUR 20 per bag; three bags for minimum donation EUR 50) and the selected design(s), as well as your name and delivery address. 

We will then inform you of the total amount including postage. 

Once the amount has been credited to our donation account (please use the same name so that we can match your email), your bag(s) will be sent to you.

Office Ukraine limited postcard edition as a thank you for your donation

In order to collect urgently needed donations, Office Ukraine produced a limited postcard edition in cooperation with 13 Ukrainian artists in December 2023. The money raised will be used to non-bureaucratically support displaced Ukrainian artists and cultural workers. As a thank you for every donation of 25 EUR or more, donors will receive the limited postcard edition containing 13 postcards with different artistic motifs.

Are postcards available separately?
It is possible to select individual postcards when picking up the postcards from the respective offices (minimum donation per postcard: 2 EUR). When ordering, only (the) complete postcard edition(s) can be requested.
